This is a topic I wish I had learned about a long time ago because of the shifts it has made in every single aspect of my life. Protecting my energy has dramatically reduced my anxiety and improved my well-being on so many levels and I hope to share this wisdom so that you may experience the many benefits of protecting your beautiful energy!
